* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Wilma Brotherwood
Wilma Brotherwood, 78, 114 N. Pine St., St. Marys, died at 12:07 p.m. June 10, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Nov. 10, 1930, in St. Marys to Kenneth and Mildred Riley Felver. On Feb. 9, 1948, she married Albert Brotherwood, who died April 6, 1986.
Surviving are four children, Robert (Pam) Brotherwood, John (Rosemary) Brotherwood, Connie (Lynn) Wetz, and Delores (Charles) Miller, all of St. Marys; a brother, Jim (Janice) Felver, Buckland; two sisters, Lola Shaner and Norma Jones, both of Celina; a sister-in-law, Nancy Felver, St. Marys; 18 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are two stepdaughters, Sharon and Connie Brotherwood; siblings, one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; Leroy Felver, Juanita Felver, Marie Felver Bailey, Jackie Felver, Roger Felver and Jerry Felver.
She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, where she served as past president of the Altar Rosary Sodality, a member of the Legion of Mary, taught CCD and pre-school religion classes, taught RCIA, helped with the church bingo program, the preparation of funeral dinners, served as lay distributor and helped organize and operate the annual parish festival. She also volunteered at local nursing homes, the American Red Cross and the Cancer Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
