* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Romaine Hoyng
Romaine Marie Hoyng, 75, 1640 Settlers Lane, Celina, died at 9:03 p.m. on May 10, 2009, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 2, 1933, in Celina to Ferd and Edna Eicholt Wannemacher. On April 25, 1953, she married Gerald A. Hoyng, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Dennis (Janet) Hoyng, Gary (Karrie) Hoyng and Michael (Teresa) Hoyng, all of Celina; and Richard (Victoria) Hoyng, Coldwater; three daughters, Diane (Michael) Hyland, Cheri (Doug) Gerlach, and Julie (Jerry) Moeder, all of Celina; a sister, Judith Scheltz, New Concord; a sister-in-law, Doris Wannemacher, Anna; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Virgil and Orval Wannamacher; and a sister-in-law, Aggie Wannemacher.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Mercer County Elks. She graduated in 1951 from the former Immaculate Conception High School, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
