* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Lou Echeman
Mary Lou Echeman, 78, of South Main St., Minster, died in the a.m. May 9, 2009, at her residence.
She was born May 4, 1931, near Russia to Estella E. Mangen and Henry J. Echeman.
Surviving are a sister, Rita and her husband (Wiford) Holscher, with whom she made her home; and an aunt, Luella Echemann, Sidney.
Deceased are three brothers, Floyd, George and Bernard Echeman.
She was a caregiver for children and the elderly and had worked at the former Wint's Restaurant, New Bremen, and the former Minster Canning Factory. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the St. Denis Daughters of Isabella, Versailles. She was a graduate of Russia High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, the Rev. Frank Amberger officiating. Burial is at St. Valbert Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 2:30 - 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie, where a rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
