* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doris Schneider
Doris E. Schneider, 83, of Wapakoneta, died at 6:36 a.m., March 20, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Sept. 1, 1925, in Wapakoneta to Bert and Mary Widner Boltz. On Nov. 10, 1956, she married Robert G. Schneider, who died Aug. 27, 1994.
Surviving are three children, Lisa Schneider (Todd Stienecker), St. Marys, Gina (Paul) Hager, Gilroy, Calif., and Amy (Scott) Risner, Wapakoneta; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are infant twins, Kristine and Kathleen, and 12 brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and worked in the medical transcription department of St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, the Wapakoneta Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the National Humane Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Henry Albietz officiating.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
Contributions can be made to the Allen County Humane Society.
