* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Michael
Mary Lucille Michael, 89, of Rockford, died at 2:50 a.m. March 22, 2009, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born Dec. 20, 1919, in Dublin Township, rural Celina, to Floyd and Lena Zizelman Mihm. On July 10, 1935, she married Laurence E. Michael Sr., who died Dec. 19, 1999.
Surviving are two children, Connie (Dave) Bigham and Laurence (Paula) Michael, all of Rockford; a sister, Flora Stoner, Celina; a son-in-law, John Harris, Rockford; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are a daughter, Mary Ann Harris; and a brother, Ernest Mihm.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber, St. Marys. She was a member of the former Grace United Methodist Church, now the Rockford United Methodist Church, Rockford.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Mike Berne officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Rockford United Methodist Church or to Squad #4 of Mercer County EMS, Rockford.
