* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Link
Donald J. Link, 75, 6175 state Route 274, Carthagena, died the morning of March 12, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 9, 1934, in Carthagena to Joseph and Julitta Fleck Link. On Jan. 12, 1952, he married Charlotte Wenning Link, who survives at the residence.
Other survivors are three daughters, Karen Ann Link, Sarasota, Fla., Linda Kay (Nathan) Wenning, Celina, and Mary (Mike) Profitt, Franklin; a brother, Robert (Lucy) Link, Celina; and a sister, Florence Helpling, Englewood; a sister-in-law, Eulalia Link, Coldwater; three stepgrandchildren and a stepgreat-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Louis; and two sisters, Marjorie Beach and Mary Huelsman.
He retired from the former Huffy Corporation, Celina, after 40 years and currently worked at St. Charles Center. He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena, the St. Lawrence Men's Society, Carthagena, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
