* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Thornburg
Virginia June Thornburg, 89, of Celina, died at 6:27 p.m. Jan. 2, 2009, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1919, in Fremont, to Roy and Pearl Yazel Darr. Her first and second husbands, Roy Lantz and Richard Thornburg, are both deceased.
Survivors are a son, Robert (Joan) Lantz, Edgerton; a daughter, Wava (David) Russell, Celina; a brother, Clifford Darr, Evansville, Ind.; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Bob Darr.
She was a homemaker and bookkeeper for the former Barr Company Store, Hicksville. A 1938 graduate of Montpelier High School, she was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Hicksville, and attended Montezuma United Church of Christ. She also was a member of the former Evangelical United Brethren Church, Montpelier.
Graveside services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Six Corners Cemetery near Hicksville, the Rev. Kevin Neumann officiating.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements are being handled by W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
