* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Victoria Knapke
Former Coldwater resident Victoria C. Knapke, 92, died at 2:41 p.m. Jan. 3, 2009, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Nov. 23, 1916, in St. Anthony, to Theodore and Francis Fortman Muhlenkamp. On Nov. 28, 1945, she married Norbert Knapke, who died Sept. 6, 2001.
Survivors are three daughters, Elaine (Marty) Lochtefeld and Janet (Bill) Stover, all of Celina, and Julie (Bob) Theis, Fort Loramie; two sisters, Betty Hobbs, Dayton, and Beata Muhlenkamp, St. Henry; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are nine brothers, Aloys, Albin, Alfons, Edmund, Max, Hilbert, Herman, Vince and Otto; a sister, Theresa Peter; and a granddaughter.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, and the America Legion Auxiliary, all of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
