* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Daniel Donovan
Daniel D. Donovan, 57, 10260 Half Hill Rd., Mendon, died at 4:52 a.m. Nov. 3, 2008, at Provena Covenant Hospital emergency room, Urbana, Ill. An autopsy is being performed to determine the cause of death.
He was born October 4, 1951, in Celina, to Clarence and Evelyn Strable Donovan. His mother survives in Celina. On Dec. 1, 1973, he married Jamet Irish Donovan, who survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Christina (Michael) Krnac, Parma, and Becky (Jeremy) Fuson, Celina; three sons, Dennis (Arletha), Celina, and Michael and John, both of Mendon; a brother, James (Elaine), Cecil; five sisters, Patricia (Leon) Reynolds, Brunswick, Carol (Lester) Etzler, Willshire, Kathleen (Robert) Schwartz, Decatur, Ind., JoAnn (Michael) Valentine, Rockford, and Cindy (Steve) Bronson, Warrenton, Va.; and six grandchildren.
He was a truck driver for 21 years at Tuente Trucking Company, Osgood. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Rockford, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Celina, and the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA). He was a 1969 graduate of Celina Senior High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Swanson officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 28 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys. Contributions can be made to the church.
