* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Parkway students took the opportunity Thursday to accept Rachel's Challenge by signing their names on a long scroll. They lined up following a live presentation on the legacy of Rachel Scott, the first person killed in the Columbine High School shootings in 1999.
