An area man appeared in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Thursday morning to admit his guilt in connection with a senior prank gone bad at Fort Recovery High School - the last of three perpetrators to do so.
Robert J. Rammel, 18, 1781 state Route 49, pleaded guilty to amended charges of attempted breaking and entering and attempted vandalism, both first-degree misdemeanors. [More]

ROCKFORD - Rachel Joy Scott was a student at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colo. on April 20, 1999. Two students carrying guns shot 53 people that day. Thirteen died. Rachel was the first. She was 17 years old.
