* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dillon Hellwarth
Dillon C. Hellwarth, 84, 4567 Frahm Pike, Celina, died at 3:03 p.m. Aug. 15, 2008, at Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born Nov. 28, 192, in Mercer County to Raymond and Mae Sielschott Hellwarth. On April 2, 1949, he married Dorothy Leininger, who survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Doris (Ned) Goins, Kendallville, Ind., and Karen (Tom) Kuhn, Geneva, Ind.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Dean.
He was a retired woodworker at Martz Cabinets and Reynolds & Reynolds. He was a WWII veteran, serving with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. John Lutheran, Celina, and the Celina Legion. He was a 1941 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the St. John's Builders Capital Improvement Fund.
