* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Loretta Fast
Loretta Mildred Fast, 95, 5429 Fast Road, Celina, died at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 14, 2008, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Nov. 30, 1912, in Hopewell Township, Mercer County, to John and Nettie Smith Now. On Oct. 26, 1933, she married Carson Fast, who died May 11, 1980.
Surviving are four sons, John (Ada), Celina, Dean (Mary), Fort Wayne, Ind., Larry (Mary Lou), Sylvania, and Jim (Pat), St. Marys; three daughters, Wilma Snyder, Dublin, Janis (Ron) Malish, Centerville, and Vickie (Rick) Muse, Westerville; two sisters, Mabel Koontz, Celina, and Margaret Weitz, Xenia; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one stepgrandchild, and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Herbert Now, and two sisters, Beulah Bradford and Laveda Baucher.
She taught for three years in a one-room schoolhouse and then spent 20 years teaching in the Mercer County schools, most of which were in the Parkway school system. She attended the former Pleasant View Church of God near Celina, and was a long-time member of Mount Tabor Church of God, Celina, where she served as teacher and pianist for many years. She was a charter member of Hopewell Grange and played piano 18 years for the Senior Citizens Sunshine Singers. She attended Celina High School, Bowling Green State University and graduated from Wright State University.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mount Tabor Church of God, Celina, the Revs. Jim Keiser and Steve Howell officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and also 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
