* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosecatherine Cron
Rosecatherine Cron, 85, 651 Maple Street, Celina, died at 10:40 a.m. July 11, 2008, at Miller House, Celina.
She was born Jan. 30, 1923, in St. Henry to Bernard and Rosa Boeckman Wimmers. On Oct. 19, 1946, she married John Cron, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are two sons, Nicholas (Mary Ellen), Toledo, and William (Deborah), Weatherford, Texas; three daughters, Rebecca (David) Cox, Kingsville, Texas, and Kathryn (Steve) Grimes and Virginia (Kent) Bryan, all of Celina; three sisters, Helen Wimmers and Mary Budde, both of Dayton, and Vera (Don) Winkeljohn, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Edna and Dolores Wimmers; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Mark, Alfred, Victor and Leo, and a sister, Bernadette Wimmers.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its altar rosary sodality and resurrection choir. She also was a librarian at Immaculate Conception School for 20 years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
