* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Fogt
George E. Fogt, 88, of 8592 state Route 274, Kettlersville, died at 10:20 a.m. June 8, 2008, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Dec. 5, 1919, in Dayton, to Clemens and Julia Ann Butterfield Fogt. On Oct. 5, 1940, he married Elfrieda Telljohann, who died Jan. 6, 2005.
Survivors are a son Leslie (Karen) Fogt, Anna; three brothers, Robert ((Viola), Botkins, Glen (Karen), Maplewood, and Marvin (Shirley) of North Carolina; three sisters, Betty (Eugene) Opperman, New Knoxville, Elsie Ahlers, New Bremen, and Marian Dittberner of Colorado; a son-in-law, Ray Lazier, Maplewood; four grandchildren and three great-grandsons.
Deceased are a son Larry; two daughters Emma Jane Lazier and Ann Fogt; and a brother Orin.
He retired in 1981 after 35 years at the Monarch Machine and Tool Co., Sidney, where he had been a lathe operator. He was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Kettlersville, a former member of the Kettlersville/Van Buren Twp. Fire Department and had served two terms on the Anna Local School Board.
Services ares 10:30 a.m. Tuesday chuch, Kettlersville, the Rev. Charles Moeller officiating. Burial is at Pearl Cemetery, Anna.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen and one hour prior to service on Thursday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund.
