* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lillian Flatt
Lillian M. Flatt, 76, of Dayton, died at 2:50 a.m. May 31, 2008, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born March 31, 1932, in St. Anthony, to Joseph and Apollonia Stammen Homan. On Oct. 10, 1952, she married Orlie Glen Flatt, who died Feb. 14, 1981.
Survivors are a son Gary, Dayton; a daughter, Debbie (Andrew) Wolford, Ann Arbor, Mich; a brother, Donald (Marilyn), Coldwater; three sisters, Bernice (Walter) Frey, Osgood; Joann (James) Pleiman, Maria Stein, and Mary Ann Young, Huntington, Ind.; a daughter-in-law, Teresa Kerns of Arizona; a brother-in-law, Donald Replogle, Hesperia, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Pat Homan, Lima; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Danny Edwin; two brothers, Zeno and Hilbert Homan; two sisters, Jean Homan and Delores Replogle; and a brother-in-law, Jack Young.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton. Burial is at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
