* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Stahl
Richard T. "Bud" Stahl, 83, 262 Balcony Drive, St. Henry, died at 9 p.m. May 28, 2008, at The Gardens of St. Henry.
He was born May 24, 1925, in Philothea, to Edward and Anna Schoenlein Stahl. On May 9, 1953, he married Lucille Post, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Rick (Karen), Pat (Marie) and Jerry (Lisa), all of St. Henry, and Chuck (Nancy), Loveland; five daughters, Pam (Neil) Buschur, Celina, Mary (Pat) Niekamp, Fort Recovery, Lisa (Reed) Mikesell, St. Henry, Beth (Eric) Thomas, Coldwater, and Sharon (Craig) Turner, Brookville; two brothers, Don (Esther), Celina, and Louie, St. Henry; two sisters, Esther (Bud) Davis and Rita Borgert, all of St. Henry; two sisters-in-law, Sally, St. Henry, and Agnes, Chicago, Ill.; 30 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, Randy; three brothers, Herbert, Clarence and Doc; a sister, Helen; two sisters-in-law, Julia and Margaret; and a brother-in-law, Bim Borgert.
He retired from Matt Schwieterman Inc., Coldwater. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the American Legion, St. Henry, and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
