* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Katherene Kohlhepp
Former Minster resident Katherene "Kitty" E. Kohlhepp, 89, died at 8:27 a.m. May 28, 2008, at the Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fairborn.
She was born Feb. 7, 1919, in Terry, Mont., to Edward J. and Pearl Hickman Guenther. On Feb. 13, 1946, she married Herman J. Kohlhepp, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Charles E. (Teresa), Xenia; a brother, Donald (Cleo) Guenther, Stevensville, Mont.; two sisters, Doris (Robert) Erny, Port Angeles, Wash., and Betty Hatch of California; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Lawrence H.; three brothers; and a sister.
She retired as a nurse and secretary. She served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a second lieutenant with the U.S. Army Nurse Corp. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial of her cremains will be at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery, Lockbourne.
Calling is 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.
