* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sandra Kinney
Sandra Lou Kinney, 68, of 406 S. Ash St., St. Marys, died 11:40 p.m. May 10, 2008 at her residence, after an extended illness.
She was born January 12, 1940, in Courtland, Neb. to Louis Edward and Della Luella Sargent Leber. She was formerly married to Darrell Kinney, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are two sons Mark A. (Renee) Kinney, of Mendon, and Christopher B. (Michelle) Kinney, Celina; two daughters Tanya A. Kinney, Mendon, and Teresa J. (Steven) Brotherwood, St. Marys; four brothers, Lyle Leber of California; Milford Leber of Alaska, Gene Leber of Arizona, Donald Leber of Nebraska; three sisters, Marlyn Horack of California, Geraldine Schell of Nebraska and Leona Archer of Arizona; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandaughter.
Deceased are four brothers, Kenneth, Keith, Delmar Dewayne and Clyde Leber; and three sisters, Velma Pelton, Ila Mathers and Virginia Maddsen.
She retired from the housekeeping department at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. She had also worked at the former Huffy Bicycle Corp. in Celina and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St.Marys. She was a 1957 graduate of Courtland, Neb. High School.
Private family services are planned with burial at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Miller Funeral Home, Marys.
