* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Duane Bradrick
Dr. Ralph Duane Bradrick, 77, of Rockford, died at 4:02 p.m., May 9, 2008, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born April 19, 1931, in Fredericktown to Ralph Wilson and Ruth Elizabeth Fawcett Bradrick. On Sept. 11, 1955, he married Shirley Marilyn Edwards, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Dale (Cynthia Ann), Bellevue, Wash.; three daughters, Linda (David) Shields and Laura Bradrick, all of Tucson, Ariz. and Patricia (Brian) Thurber, Fort Wayne, Ind., a brother, Gary (Alberta) Bradrick, Ontario, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Verne and Darryl.
He was a family physician in Rockford for many years, retiring in 1979. He continued at Van Wert County Hospital as an anesthetist and worked in the ER department part-time. He was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, Rockford Eagles, Rockford Medical Procurement Board, and the Christian Medical Dental Association. He went on numerous mission trips for the association.
Services are 10:30 Wednesday at Grace Missionary Church, Celina, the Rev. Michael Spencer officiating with the Rev. Bruce Head assisting. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the church.
