* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Wagner
Ruth Ann Wagner, 66, of West Spring St., St. Marys, died at 1:20 p.m. Sunday at a daughter's residence in St. Marys.
She was born March 14, 1942, in St. Marys, to Leroy and Hazel (Fulk) Keiber. She married James A. Wagner, who died July 4, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Phil Wagner, Wapakoneta; four daughters, Kathy (David) Christian, St. Marys, Debbie and Tammy Wagner, both of Wapakoneta; and Cindy (Ryan) Fleming, Sidney; a brother, Christopher "Pick" Keiber, Wapakoneta; two sisters, Diana (Mike) Rosell and Betty Crist, both of St. Marys.
Deceased are three sons, Johnny, Jerry and Rex; two daughters, Cheryl and Barbara; a brother, William Keiber; and two sisters, Arlene Loganal and Sarah Keiber.
She had worked at the former Vanderhorst Cannery Co., in St. Marys and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Celina.
Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Celina, the Elder Lynn Hall officiating.
