* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Smallwood
Rebecca Smallwood, 98, formerly of 450 Parker St., St. Marys, died at 12:30 p.m. April 6, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born April 15, 1909, near Weeksbury, Ky., to Isaac and Mary Jane Johnson Caudill. On Sept. 5, 1931, she married McKinley Smallwood, who died Nov. 17, 1972.
Surviving are a son, Alvie (Charlene), Bevinsville, Ky.; a daughter, Anna Rose (Richard) Dicke, Mena, Ark.; a brother Junior (Shirley) Caudill, Cartersville, Va.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sons, James and Edward Hensley and Ivan Smallwood; a daughter, Betty Jurosic; a brother Lafie Caudill; and three sisters, Ivadel Sullivan, Annie Mullins and Opal Williams.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Samaria Missionary Baptist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Jack Burns officiating. Burial is Thursday at the Smallwood Family Cemetery near Bevinsville.
Calling is 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
