* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Cynthia DeLoye
Cynthia L. DeLoye, 50, Darke Shelby Road, Yorkshire, died March 14, 2008, at her residence. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born April 12, 1957, in Piqua to Clarence F. and Ruth Ann Bensman Meyer, who survive in Sidney. On Nov. 14, 1981, she married Gerald C. DeLoye, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Stephanie (Benjamin) Bowsher, Kettlersville; three brothers, Bill (Deb) Meyer, Minster, Phil (Lisa) Meyer, Anna, and Ron (Cindy) Meyer, Fort Loramie; 11 sisters, Mary Jo (David) Enneking, Troy, Peg (Chuck) Wray, Sidney, Carol (Greg) Borchers, Russia, Sandy (Gary) Hoying and Sue (Pat) Frilling, all of Anna, and Kathy (Frank) Schafer, Jane (Tom) Pleiman, Teresa (Dave) Chaney, Ann (Joe) Turner, Jenny (Chris) Grudich and Lynn and (Mark) Meyer, all of Fort Loramie; her father and mother-in-law, Robert and Rosalie DeLoye, Yorkshire.
She was a homemaker and 1975 graduate of Fort Loramie High School. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Newport, and the St. Michael's Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Revs. Gerald Bensman, Glenn Perin and Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
