* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Willard Stienecker
Willard Stienecker, 78, of Celina, died Feb. 22, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born to Willard H. and Vivian C. Fischer Stienecker. On Jan. 28, 1950, he married Norma Jean Uncapher, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, David and Michael (Lena), all of Celina, and Ken (Debra), Coldwater; two daughters, Cathy (Michael) Brandt, Versailles, and Patti (Pat) Gariety, Celina; a sister, Mary L., St. Marys; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He worked 23 years at the former Mersman Furniture Co., Celina, and 23 years at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a member of Montezuma United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Crane officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
