* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marley Shroyer
Marley K. Shroyer, 79, of New Carlisle died at 5:38 p.m. Feb. 22, 2008, at home.
He was born Feb. 26, 1928, in New Carlisle to Bert and Viola Musselman Shroyer. He married Pauline McClay, who died July 8, 2000.
Survivors are two sons, Ted, Celina, and Carl (Billie), New Carlisle; a brother, Homer (Dixie), Columbus; a sister, Thelma Neff, Fairborn; caregiver, Ann Shepherd, Vandalia; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Verlie and Thurman; three sisters, Mary Bair, Luella Baker and Naomi Layman; and a grandson.
He was a businessman, farmer and president, owner and operator of Shroyer Implement for more than 50 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, New Carlisle, and past president of Ohio Farm and Power Equipment Retailers Association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, New Carlisle, the Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Burial is at New Carlisle Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
