* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lester Pleiman
Lester W. Pleiman, 79, of Lima, died at 3:22 a.m. Feb. 22, 2008, at Triumph Hospital, Lima.
He was born March 12, 1928, in Fort Loramie, to Albert and Eleanor Fischer Pleiman. His first wife, Mary Louise Obringer, died in 1975. On June 16, 1978, he married Patricia M. Sheidler, who survives.
Other survivors are two daughters, Judy (Jay) Lipps, Union, and Chris Lefeld, St. Henry; two stepsons, Steve (Laura) Oren, Lima, and Stan (Ruth) Oren, Gilboa; three stepdaughters, Susan (Jeff) Christman, Leipsic, Cynthia (Jeff) Garmatter, Delphos, and Sally (Tom) Halker, Columbus Grove; four sisters, Charlene (Cliff) Meyer, Newport, Mary Jane (Dean) Steinke, Botkins, Angie (Marion) Phlipot, Newport, and Norma (Ed) Toller, Fort Loramie; a sister-in-law, Margie Lange, Fort Loramie; six grandchildren, 17 stepgrandchildren, two great-grandchildren and 15 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ralph; and a sister, Virginia Pohl.
He was a self-employed carpenter and farmer, and after retiring worked part-time at Crouse Lumber, Lima. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church and Westgate Neighborhood Assoc., of Lima, and the Lima Gardens Club.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at St. Nicholas Cemetery, Osgood.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Chiles-Laman, Shawnee Chapel, Lima, where a wake service will be held at 8 p.m.
