* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michael East
Michael A. East, 19, 01722 U.S. 33 West, St. Marys, died Feb. 20, 2008, at his home. Death was due to an apparent suicide.
He was born Sept. 29, 1988, in Union City, Ind., to Michael D. and Sherryl Heitkamp East. His father and stepmother, Jennifer, survive in Greenville, and his mother and stepfather, Otis Mead, survive in St. Marys.
Other survivors are two brothers, Joshua Liles, Greenville, and Seth Heitkamp, St. Marys; a sister, Desiree, Greenville; a stepbrother, Nathan, Greenville; four stepsisters, Michelle, Sheiann and Amber Mead, all of Gettysburg, and Rebecca, Ridgeville, Ind.; and grandparents, Carolyn, Greenville, Chuck and Shree Keel, St. Marys, Rita Mundy, Union City, and Jerry Heitkamp, Tyler, Texas.
Deceased are a grandfather, Leonard; and great-grandparents, Clive and Flora Stumpff.
He worked at Wal-Mart in Celina. A 2007 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, he had attended Ansonia and Mississinawa Valley schools. He also attended the Calvary Assembly of God Church, Union City, Ind.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Revs. Keith Tyler and Rich Collins officiating. Burial is at Saratoga Cemetery in Indiana.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, and after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
