* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Peltier
Robert A. "Bob" Peltier, 83, of West Main Street, Russia, died at 4:45 a.m. Dec. 12, 2007, at his home.
He was born Feb. 17, 1924, in Russia, to Raymond and Zelma Paulus Peltier. On Sept. 10, 1947, he married Delores F. Schlater, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Thomas (Nancy), Akron, Gerald (Nancy), Peachtree City, Ga., and Jacque (Kelly), Vandalia; two daughters, Terri (Roger) Bey, Versailles, and Jan (Ron) Tipton, Grand Rapids; three sisters, Virginia Rosengarten and Norma Schlater, both of Fort Loramie, and Ruth Millard, Cincinnati; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Leroy and Lester; and two sisters, Marie Ratermann and Wilma Schlater.
He co-owned and operated Peltier's Garage in Russia for 50 years until retiring in 1986. He was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 571, both of Russia, a former member of the Russia Civic Association and served 10 years on the Russia Volunteer Fire Department.
Funeral Mass is 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Frank Amberger officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Saturday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
