* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rev. John Nagele
The Rev. John Nagele, C.PP.S., 81, died at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, at St. Charles Center in Carthagena, where he had resided.
He was born Aug. 16, 1926, in Erie, Pa., to Leo and Mary Ann Cronin Nagele.
Surviving are nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Two sisters, Margaret and Elizabeth, are deceased.
He entered the Society of the Precious Blood Sept. 9, 1940, and was ordained June 4, 1953. He was involved in pastoral ministry at parishes in Dayton, Cleveland, Marywood, Bismark and Reed, Ohio; Falls Church, Va.; and Niles, Mich. He also served on the staff of the Sorrowful Mother Shrine in Bellevue.
In July, at the age of 80, he accepted a new assignment as administrator of Mother of Sorrows Church at Put-in-Bay and St. Michael Catholic Church on Kelleys Island until ill health prompted a move to St. Charles.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Charles, with the Rev. Angelo Anthony officiating. Burial will follow at the community cemetery.
Calling is 1-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at St. Charles with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
