* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Doyle Gilliland
Doyle R. Gilliland, 78, 9951 state Route 49, Rockford, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at a daughter's home in Decatur, Ind.
He was born July 19, 1929, in Licking County, to Clarence R. and Pearl M. Richards Gilliland. On March 3, 1951, he married Wanda L. Carr who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Cheryl V. (John) Reynolds,Teresa D. (Michael) Steinke and Toni (Scott) Lautzenheiser, all of Chattanooga, and Karla K. (Steven) Braun, of Decatur; five grandsons, two stepgranddaughters, four great-grandchildren and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Two sisters are deceased.
He retired in 1983 from General Electric in Decatur, Ind., and was a member of Chattanooga United Methodist Church and Free & Accepted Masons Lodge 592, Ohio City.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Steven Oliver officiating. Burial will follow at East Bethel Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 4-8 p.m.at the funeral home Monday.
