* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Larry Jr.
David A. Larry Jr., 33, of Decatur, Ind., died at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3, 2007, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Allen County, Ind.
He was born Sept. 30, 1974, in Hicksville, to David A. Sr. and Linda Schwab Larry, who survive in Hicksville. On May 3, 1997, he married Dena K. Vannoy, who also survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Cierra R., at home; and a brother, Josh, Hicksville.
He was employed by Crown Equipment Corp., Celina, where he tested lift trucks. He was a Third Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and the U.S. Chess Federation and served on the board of Habitat for Humanity. He also was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Decatur.
Services are at 9:10 a.m. Monday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at the church, the Rev. David Voors officiating.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2:30-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where a rosary service will be held at 7 p.m.
