* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Herman Geier
Herman George Geier, 87, 613 Bittersweet Drive, Coldwater, died at 11:45 p.m. Oct. 16, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born April 20, 1920, in St. Henry, to Charles and Anna Mary Schmackers Geier. On Aug. 23, 1941, he married Stella Rose Miller, who died July 9, 1997.
Survivors are three daughters, Luella (Kenneth) Eilerman, Fort Loramie, and Betty (Nicholas) Puthoff and Lucy (Daniel) Moeller, all of Maria Stein; a brother, Paul, Dayton; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are seven brothers; three sisters; and a grandson.
He retired from Mercer County Landmark and was a farmer and custodian at the Mercer County Courthouse. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and its Men's Holy Name Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
