* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Bowsher
Former Celina resident Margaret E. Bowsher, 87, died at 9:45 p.m. Oct. 16, 2007, at Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton.
She was born March 17, 1920, in Columbus Grove, to Roy and Ella Amstutz Best. On Nov. 28, 1940, she married Francis May, who died Nov. 17, 1964. On April 19, 1963, she married Leo J. Bowsher, who survives in Bluffton.
Other survivors are two sons, Paul (Pamela) May, Kingsburg, Calif., and Harold (Mary) May, Lima; a daughter, Carol (David) Crider, North Vernon, Ind.; nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Arthur Best.
She had worked at CTS in Berne, Ind., Ohio Mushroom and the Allen County Home, Lima. A 1938 graduate of Bluffton High School in Ohio, she was a member of Celina First Church of the Nazarene and a former member of the Nazarene Church, Berne, where she was a Bible school assistant. She also attended the Church of Christ in Beaverdam.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Celina church, the Revs. Larry Hamilton and Mike Downey officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
