* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ermal H. Florence
Former Coldwater resident Ermal H. Florence, 95, died at 3:20 a.m. July 6, 2007 in Enon at the Summerville at Fox Run Nursing Home.
She was born April 9, 1912 in Piqua to Andrew and Angeline Enyart Smith. On March 29, 1934, she married Glen C. Florence, who died Oct. 27, 1972.
Survivors are three sons: Glen (June) and Larry (Nancy) Coldwater, Harold (Janet), New Carlisle; a daughter, Janet (Ted) Smelser, Rock Hill, S.C.; a brother, Paul Smith, Beavercreek; a sister, Madonna Miller, Waynesville; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Delbert Smith.
She was a member of the Erastus United Methodist Church. A former employee of Buckeye Overall, Coldwater, she also worked at Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina.
Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in Swamp College Cemetery, the Rev. James Hopkins officiating.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
