* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Peggy Galdeen
Peggy A. Galdeen, 70, of Middletown, died June 25, 2007, at Hospice at Fort Hamilton Hughes Hospital, Hamilton.
She was born March 21, 1937, in Toledo, to Wilford and Ruth Reeves Irwin. Her mother survives. She married Kenneth L. Galdeen, who survives in Middletown.
Also surviving are two sons, Thomas Walter (Beth) and Kenneth F. (Mary); a daughter, Pamela (William) Miller; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Thomas and Larry Irwin.
She was a former secretary at Fort Recovery school, Butler County Extension Service and most recently an administrative assistant of Miami Valley District of the United Methodist Church. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Middletown, Wayne Chapter 111 Order of Eastern Star, where she was a former worthy matron, and former vice president of the Lima District United Methodist Women.
A memorial service is 2:30 p.m. July 8 at the church, the Revs. Duane Anders, Joyce Frye and David Chivington officiating.
Contributions can be made to the church or Vitas Health Corp, Cincinnati.
Arrangements were handled by the American Cremation Service.
