* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella Secrest
Luella M. Secrest, 89, formerly of Mendon, died at 7:10 a.m. June 26, 2007, at her daughter's residence in Montezuma.
She was born Jan. 12, 1918, in Freyburg, to Edward and Ida Schneider Scheblo. On Nov. 23, 1940, she married Lloyd D. Secrest, who died April 11, 1993.
Surviving are two sons, Dale and David, of Mendon; six daughters, Connie (Paul) Gates, Rockford, Louise (Daniel) Toler, Montezuma, Carol Zizelman, Shirley Brandon, Sharalene (Lester) Flore and Lois, all of Celina; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; 11 step great-grandchildren and three step great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, two brothers, one half-brother and three sons-in-law.
She was a homemaker who also assisted with the family farm and was a member of Mercer United Methodist Church, Mercer.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at W. H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenny Baker officiating. Burial is at Liberty Chapel Cemetery, Liberty Township.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
