* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edna Kremer
Edna L. Kremer, 73, 522 Western Ave., St. Henry, died at 4 a.m. May 18, 2007, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born July 18, 1933, in St. Henry, to Gregor and Mary Kramer Goettemoeller. On Oct. 15, 1955, she married Norbert A. Kremer, who died Dec. 4, 2004.
Surviving are three sons, Steve (Linda), New Bremen, Gerald (Elizabeth), Delaware, and Marvin (Pamela), Wapakoneta; two daughters, Sharon (Brad) Moore, Avon Lake, and Ann (Randy) Puthoff, Delaware; three brothers, Leonard Goettemoeller, Carthagena, Harold Goettemoeller, Botkins, and Ivo (Esther) Goettemoeller, St. Henry; three sisters, Mildred Wuebker, St. Henry, Wilma (Lawrence) Link, Fort Recovery, and Marie (George) Minnich, St. Anthony; a sister-in-law, Verena Goettemoeller, Rockford; and 17 grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Alvin Goettemoeller; a brother-in-law, Raymond Wuebker; and a sister-in-law, Delores Goettemoeller.
She was a homemaker and retired from Peoples Bank Co., Burkettsville. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, its Ladies Sodality and choir and a lector.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
