* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Lou Koehler
Betty Lou Koehler, 88, of Upper Sandusky, died May 18, 2007, at her home.
She was born July 11, 1918, to Arthur and Stella Stark Leser. On May 16, 1943, she married Harold J. Koehler, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, H. William (Lillian), Michael F. (Mary) and Jon D., all of Upper Sandusky; a daughter, Jan (John) Reed, Coldwater; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Stark Leser.
She was the former owner/operator of Koehler Paint and Office Supply Store, Upper Sandusky, and was a 1936 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Upper Sandusky, its choir, a Sunday school teacher, the first female church elder and its ladies church circle. She also was a member of Usando Literary Club and Wyandot County Historical Society.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Henry Seibert officiating. Burial is at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bringman-Clark Funeral Hom, Upper Sandusky, and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
