* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ynosencio Rodriguez
Ynosencio "Ernie" Rodriguez, 64, 5972 Meyer Road, Celina, died at 4:12 p.m. May 4, 2007, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born June 27, 1942, in Cortney, Texas, to Simon and Angelita Garcia Rodriguez. On Oct. 7, 1966, he married Maria Gonzalez, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Edward (Penny), Celina, and Ronald (Tisha), Chattanooga; five daughters, Janie (Jack) Sawmiller, Elizabeth Gibson, and Mary Ann and Angelita, all of Celina, and Tracy Garman, Rochester, Minn.; seven brothers, Tolentina (Ignacia), Simon, John (Gech), and Jacob (Theresa), all of Celina, Robert (Mary), Fort Worth, Texas, Chris (Mary), Sidney, and Jerry, Columbus; eight sisters, Lola (Robert) Garza, Hicksville, Vanessa Wallace and Linda, all of Celina, Vicky Reyes, Coldwater, Sandra (Greg) McGvire and Michelle, all of Lima, Clarrisa (Mike) Pannell, Columbus, and Cecila (Freddie) Amesquita, Lakeland, Fla.; a stepmother, Jaunita Rodriguez, Haynes City, Fla.; 25 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He retired from Rodriguez Poultry and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
