* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvin Dirksen
Alvin A. Dirksen, 81, 1557 Irmscher Blvd., Celina, died at 5:15 p.m. May 4, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 4, 1925, in New Bremen, to Harry and Mary Tuente Dirksen. On May 16, 1953, he married Alice Stelzer, who survives.
Also surviving are two sisters, Marie Stalder, Coldwater, and Norma Biersack, Beavercreek.
Deceased are three sisters, Cecilia Mayo, Regina Bernard and Loretta Kinninger.
He retired in 1985 from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
