U.S. 127 crash

A blue 1995 Chrysler Sebring took an unexpected detour from a trailer during an accident at 7:59 p.m. April 14 on U.S. 127, south of Miller Road. Jeffrey W. Herron, 40, 6155 Tama Road, Mendon, was northbound when he lost control of his 1987 Ford pickup truck. It rolled several times causing the trailer to unhitch and the car to strike the truck. Mercer County Sheriff's deputies cited Herron for failure to maintain reasonable control. Heavy damage was reported with a wrecker called to the scene.
