* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Hussey
Larry O. Hussey, 64, of Celina, died at 5:30 p.m. March 14, 2007, at his residence, due to natural causes.
He was born July 12, 1942, in Bucyrus, to Walter Burke and Rosa Opal Ford Hussey. His mother survives. On Dec. 25, 1963, he married Alice Hope Ginter, who survives.
Surviving are two daughters, Renee Ann (Mark) Kinney and Jennifer Lynn (Kevin) Zizelman, all of Celina; three sisters, Claudia Sue Doughty, Urichsville, Valerie Jo Quisenberry, Elyria, and Kimberly Hope (Sam) Smith, Bucyrus; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a mother-in-law, Sada Mae Ginter; and a father-in-law, Boyd Ginter.
He owned the former St. Marys Furniture Store and worked at a Maytag Store, Bucyrus, Cletes Appliance, Celina, and Colonial Bakery, Celina. He also managed the American Legion Post 210, Celina, and was self-employed. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Celina.
Services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Ron Brady officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
