* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mildred Brunswick
Mildred E. Brunswick, 86, 2800 Watkins Road, Fort Recovery, died at 12:40 p.m. March 16, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 25, 1920, in Portland, Ind., to Phillip and Doretta Schroer Wellman. On Sept. 9, 1944, she married Melvin J. Brunswick who died July 17, 1989.
Surviving are two sons, Melvin Jr. (Elaine) and Kevin, all of Fort Recovery; two daughters, Shirley (Robert) Droesch, St. Henry, and Carol (Gerald) Heitkamp, Coldwater; a brother, Lavern Wellman, Berne, Ind.; four sisters, Sally (Wilbur) Reier, St. Henry, Wilma (Jim) Pfeffenberger and Doris Grieshop, all of Celina, and Jenny (Dick) Alig, Coldwater; a sister-in-law, Julie Wellman, St. Henry; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Norbert and Cletus Wellman, are deceased.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and its Altar-Rosary Sodality, Sharpsburg, and the Fort Recovery American Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
