* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Joseph
Larry Wayne Joseph, 59, 614 Hierholzer St., Celina, died 9:20 p.m. Feb. 20, 2007, at his residence of natural causes.
He was born March 9, 1947, in Celina, to Robert O. and Thelma G. Smith Joseph, who are both deceased. On April 28, 1972, he married Phyllis Jean Whitaker, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Bradley, Celina; three daughters, Michelle (Mark) Gillette and Crystal, all of Celina, and Chasse (Darrin) Jones, Sidney; a sister, Patricia (Rick) Harrod, Celina; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Mickey; a brother, Robert; a sister, Marceil Brown; and a grandson.
He was self-employed auto mechanic and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, Celina.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. A.J. Hamblin officiating.
Calling is 10 a.m. until services Saturday at the funeral home.
