* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Glenn Neal
Glenn Arlin Neal, 88, formerly of Lexington, and recently of 11309 Bobwhite Lane, St. Marys, died Feb. 15, 2007, at Otterbein Retirement Community, St. Marys.
He was born Feb. 26, 1918, in Duncan Falls, to Rueben C. and M. Elmina Kelly Neal. On July 20, 1940, he married Frances Louise Case, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Thomas Allen (Janice), South Lyon, Mich.; a daughter, Patricia (Roger) McDermott, Vonore, Tenn.; a brother, Allen Dale, Mansfield; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two daughters, Barbara Jean and Linda Louise; a brother, Eugene; and a sister, Laura Mae Nelson.
He was a rural mail carrier for more than 34 years in the Mansfield and Lexington areas. He was a 1942 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and Mansfield Business College and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Mansfield, and United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
He also was a member of the Kiwanis Club and was Kiwanian of the Year in 1978, a member of the Men's Garden Club, Choral Society, Senior Citizens Programs, and master of ceremonies for the Renaissance Theatre, all of Mansfield. He also was a member of the Richland County Board of Health.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Meyer Chapel, Otterbein Retirement Community, the Rev. Ed Groff officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is after 12:30 Saturday at the chapel.
