* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

LaRue Moeller
LaRue S. Moeller, 92, formerly of 114 S. Wayne St., St. Marys, died at 3:55 p.m. Feb. 14, 2007, at Otterbein Retirement Community, St. Marys.
She was born Oct. 18, 1941, in German Township, to Edwin and Hilda Wiegers Moeller.
Surviving is a daughter, Hazel, St. Marys.
Deceased are four brothers, Richard, Robert, Harold and Charles; and a sister, Wilhelmine.
She was retired from Midwest Electric Inc., St. Marys, and was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, and its women's guild, Lydia Circle.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Meyer Chapel at Otterbein Retirement Community, the Rev. Richard Weir officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is after 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Otterbein Chapel.
Arrangements are handled by Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
