The car of Ashley M. Hazel, 21, 302 S. Ash St., Celina, rests near the intersection of South Main and Fayette streets in Celina following an accident at 9:29 a.m. Jan. 22. Hazel ran a red traffic light on Main Street and her car was struck by a westbound car driven by Charles H. Meyers IV, 26, 400 E. Warren St. #58, Celina. Meyers was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Hazel was cited for a red light violation while Meyers received a citation for not using a seat belt. The Celina Police Department report listed moderate damage.
