* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Amber Mathes
Amber Arlene Mathes, 84, of Coldwater, died Jan. 14, 2007, at Briarwood Manor. She was a resident for five years.
She ws born May 11, 1922, in Dayton, to Roy and Ruby Snell Macy. Her husband of 33 years, Robert and her second husband, Forrest, are both deceased.
Survivors are a brother, Jack (Martie) Macy, Bradenton, Fla.; three daughters, Vicki (Ron) Rutschilling, Celina, Cindy Elam, Tipp City, and Sherry Hutchinson; a roommate, Velma Ebbing; five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Charles Macy and a sister-in-law, Ann Macy.
She retired from Sears.
Services are noon Saturday at Frings & Baliff Funeral Home, Tipp City, the Rev. Ronald H. Wilker officiating.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice Organization.
