* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvin Bruggeman
Alvin W. Bruggeman, 85, of Woodview Drive, Coldwater, died at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 16, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born March 29, 1921, in Cranberry Prairie, to Herman and Philomena Gerlach Bruggeman. On July 1, 1944, he married Alice Mae Bertke Bruggeman, who died April 6, 1994.
Survivors are three sons, Bill (Jana), Union City, Jack (Peg), Celina, and Doug (Janet), Centerville; four daughters, Linda (Bill) Otte, Atlanta, Ga., Marlene (Rich) Staugler, Canton, Marilyn (Rob) Vogel, Coldwater, and Deb (Mike) Mazzullo, Rochester, N.Y.; a brother, Sylvester, St. Henry; a sister, Esther Post, St. Henry; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles 3025, both of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
