* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Herman Wuebker
Herman L. Wuebker, 72, 114 Beech Ave., Celina, died at 5:30 a.m. Jan. 13, 2007, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 11, 1934, in Coldwater, to Frank and Mary Niekamp Wuebker. On Dec. 30, 1997, he married Delores Toth, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Sheila (Charles) Stills, of Oklahoma, and Tina Cox, of Arkansas; two stepsons, Mark and Jeff (Jeanette) Herron, all of Celina; a stepdaughter, Michelle (Chris) Kinney, Celina; a sister-in-law, Francis, Vandalia; a mother-in-law, LFrieda Toth, Celina; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Lamar.
He was a high low operator at Ford Motor Company, Lima, and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, American Legion Post 210, Loyal Order of Moose Council 1473 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291, all of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
